Replacements & Full Refunds
Ready Player Wear will send you a REPLACEMENT or a FULL REFUND if our products do not meet your expectations due to the following reasons:
- The merchandise is faulty, damaged, fractured, or unable to function correctly.
- Missing or lost items from your order.
- The received item is incorrect regarding size, color, or custom specifications.
- The product is not as described in our descriptions.
No questions asked and no need to return! We take responsibility for any loss in your shopping experience, sparing you valuable time and money. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Important Limitations
Please be aware that certain factors may prevent us from issuing a full refund or replacement:
- Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer desire the item after it has been processed.
- User Errors: Selecting an incorrect size, address, product, or custom information.
- Late Requests: Requests made after the 30-day eligibility period.
- Improper Care: Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or insufficient maintenance.
Note: Because we do not hold stock and all items are made-to-order (custom-made and printed just for you), we cannot handle traditional returns or exchanges for “change of mind.”
Shipping & Delivery Issues
- Late Delivery or Missing Order: We will gladly resend or issue a full refund if you do not receive your items after 45 days of placing your order.
- Damaged or Defective Items: We offer a replacement or refund if you submit your order’s shipping label and photo proof within 5 days of delivery (as shown by the tracking record).
Modifications & Cancellations
- Time Limit: Your order is only eligible to be canceled or modified within 5 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing.
- Production: Please note that modifications may expand production time by 1–2 days.
