At Ready Player Wear, we strive to get your custom gear to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Processing & Delivery Times
- Production Time: Since our products are made-to-order, please allow typically 7 business days for your order to be printed and packed. (Note: Modifications may add 1–2 days to this process).
- Shipping Time: Once shipped, please allow 10–15 business days for delivery.
- Total Estimate: Most customers receive their orders within 3 weeks. However, these are estimates; delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
2. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
- It may take about 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
- Multiple Packages: If you ordered different types of items, they may ship in separate packages to ensure they reach you as soon as they are ready.
3. Address Accuracy & Responsibility
- Verify your Address: Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Correction Requests: If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can only update the address before the order is dispatched.
- PO Boxes: For deliveries to PO boxes, please include the full Zip code (Zip+4) to ensure accurate delivery.
- Reshipping: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
4. International Shipping (Duties & Taxes)
- Fees: International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by their local customs office. These fees are not included in our website prices.
- Customs Delays: Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
5. Missing or Delayed Packages
- Stuck “In Transit”: If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier (USPS, DHL, etc.) directly for the most accurate update.
- Marked as “Delivered” but not found:
- Check around your delivery area (porch, neighbors, etc.).
- Wait 3 business days (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early).
- If still missing, contact your local post office to file a claim.
- Our Responsibility: While we assist where possible, Ready Player Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
6. Modifications & Cancellations
- You have a 5-hour window from the time of purchase to request a change or cancellation.
- Once an order is sent to our print partners, we can no longer make modifications.
7. Our Guarantee
If you have not received your package after 45 days from the date of purchase, we will gladly RESEND or REFUND your order—it’s our commitment to you!
